Ive checked on other sites but none have really helped me!

I have an wacom Intous5 and everytime i try to work on SAI my pens lagging and the movements are always delayed. It wont work and everythings all gummed up, the lines are all jumpy and sometimes the pen doesnt even work. Its worked perfectly fine a week ago but i noticed these problems about 2 days ago.  I use my tablet on the desk of my familys computer, i dont have a laptop.

Help?

Any ideas of what to draw??
i need to take a break from the pokemon gijinkas.......
i wont stop doing them, im just tking a break.
SO anything i should draw?!?!

P.S im thinking of trying out with a tablet! i really want a wacom tablet becuase i heer there rlly rlly good everytime i see digital art from wacom its amazing! the wacom bamboo tablet is what im looking at now and i need some advice on whats good for a beginner. Any help?
